By using this public website, you agree to use BrandLift's forms and diagnostic tools only for websites you are authorized to submit.

Website Scores

BrandLift scores are diagnostic estimates based on the site signals available to the analysis system. They are not rankings issued by Google, Bing, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

BrandLift does not guarantee rankings, traffic, lead volume, map-pack placement, or AI recommendations. Service recommendations depend on the website, business goals, scope, and available evidence.

Website and hosting offer

Your custom website is included with either hosting plan. Monthly hosting is $149 per month with a three-month minimum ($447). Annual hosting is $948 paid upfront for 12 months, equivalent to $79 per month.

Both hosting plans include unlimited small website updates while hosting is active, with no monthly credit allowance or per-update fee. Small updates cover text and headlines, supplied photo swaps, business details, and existing links and buttons on existing pages. New pages, redesigns, integrations and new features are quoted separately before work begins.

Your first design concept is ready within two business days after you confirm your complete build request. Revisions, website completion and launch follow separately. Review the completed website before payment. Launch follows your approval, confirmed payment and the required publication checks.

Permission to collect and use your business content

Authority and rights

You confirm that you can act for the business and that you own or have obtained all permissions, licenses and lawful bases needed for the materials you submit or direct BrandLift to collect. This includes copyrights, trademarks, logos, photographs, text, videos, designs, published patent-related materials, and any necessary privacy or publicity permissions. Public availability alone does not establish permission. Identify material you do not have permission to use before requesting its collection or reuse.

Limited service license

You retain your ownership rights. To the extent you can grant these rights, you give BrandLift Industries LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, retrieve, copy, store, analyze, format, adapt and display the authorized materials solely to provide your requested assessment, enrichment, concepts, website creation, revisions, optimization and hosting. BrandLift may allow its contracted AI, storage, hosting and other service providers to process the materials for those purposes. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising, sale of your content or training general-purpose AI models. Publication remains subject to the applicable review and launch process.

Third-party sources and patents

Your permission does not override platform terms, access controls, copyright, trademark, patent or privacy rights belonging to others. Third-party reviews, photos, music, software, fonts and other licensed materials may require separate permission and attribution. You authorize only rights you can lawfully grant. Describing or reproducing authorized published patent-related material does not grant a license to make, use, sell or practice an invention; any required patent license must be separately agreed in writing.

Sensitive and confidential material

Do not submit passwords, customer records, sensitive personal information, trade secrets, unpublished inventions or confidential material without a separate written agreement and an authorized secure process. This consent is for the business sources and services you select, not access to private accounts or restricted material.

Review and corrections

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, permissions, claims and required attributions in imported and AI-generated materials before approving publication. AI can make mistakes, and BrandLift does not guarantee that imported content is complete, accurate, non-infringing or suitable for a particular regulated use. Notify BrandLift promptly of errors, restricted content or rights complaints. BrandLift may exclude, replace, suspend or remove disputed materials.

Claims arising from unauthorized content

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BrandLift Industries LLC against third-party claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of the authority or content-rights promises above, or from materials you supplied or instructed BrandLift to use without the necessary rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from BrandLift’s use outside this permission, negligence, willful misconduct or violation of law. BrandLift will give prompt notice and reasonable cooperation and will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.

Withdrawal and records

Contact info@brandlift.ai to stop future collection or request removal of content you control. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed; service delivery may be affected. Limited records may be retained as necessary for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution and backups under the Privacy Policy. BrandLift records the accepted version, language, server time, session or account identifier, and requested sources or operation to document this authorization.

Other terms

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. This authorization does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, guarantee legal clearance, or release either party from obligations imposed by law. You may enter business details manually if you do not authorize collection.
